Despite her attempt in cutting $500K off the original asking price in late September, the ‘Sorry Not Sorry’ hitmaker has yet to get anyone making an offer for her Hollywood Hills home.
Demi Lovato has put her home up for rent after failing to sell the luxury property.
The four-bed, six-bathroom house was originally listed in September for $9,495,000 (£7,447,000), but was quickly reduced in price by $500,000 (£392,000).
It was officially removed from an active listing late last month, and has now been put up for rent, according to The Blast.
The Hollywood Hills home, which includes a chef’s kitchen, media room and huge sky lounge terrace, also offers unobstructed views from Downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean.
The rent has been set at $39,500 (£30,800) per month.
Demi originally bought the property in 2016, but has not returned since she overdosed in July. The 26-year-old singer has since successfully attended a live-in rehab facility and has returned to Los Angeles.
Sources told the The Blast that Demi was “not interested” in returning to the home and revisiting the traumatic incident, and is instead focused on new beginnings and a fresh start.
